As many of you have found, the R2 version of Virtual Ticket includes an entirely new, built-in Advanced Workflow Scheduling (AWS) system. This includes a much more streamlined interface for setting up AWS activities, roles, and schedule templates - and even lets you enter a free-form or ad hoc schedule if you so choose. One of the more subtle (yet truly powerful) new features of AWS is its integration with Approval Manager.
